Lebanon Emergency Relief
On August 4, the world shocked by the news of explosion of a warehouse in the port of Beirut believed to be due to the 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate stored over the past six years. It can be heard up to 240 km in the Cyprus islands of the eastern Mediterranean. At least 70 people were killed and more than 4,000 others were injured.
